Lock a suitable resource target, deploy your mining drones and let them work. Drones fly to the target, extract resources, return and unload into your hold. Cargo space limits how much you can bring back.
Choose a field
Use the sector catalogue to find ore, ice, gas and salvage resources. Check the hazards and nearby buyers before setting out.
Returning to market
A full hold only earns credits when you find a buyer. Production stations need particular inputs; an open market offers a broader trading destination.
